Yosuf Monis is a strategic technology leader who creatively leverages technology to drive business impact. He currently serves as Legion Consulting's Business Development Partner. In this role, Yosuf works with business leaders to nurture and grow their technological capabilities.

In 2021, Yosuf signed on to help Audacy drive the development of content creation, stream delivery, and ad decisioning and to adjust the quality strategy for its portfolio of radio and podcast software solutions. Prior to Audacy, Yosuf led quality operations for Spectrum's News & Sports suite content management, video streaming, content creation and monetization applications. At Schwab, Yosuf supported billing, cashiering, corporate actions, and financial product creation. At Kaiser, he supported internal human resource applications and integrations. Throughout his fifteen-year tenure in technology, he played a pivotal role in delivering high-impact software solutions that set these companies apart from their competition.

In addition to his responsibilities as Business Development Partner, Yosuf fosters affiliate partnerships to further empower Leg10n clients. He crafts sustainable partnership programs that create wins for Leg10n, its affiliates, and their common clients. This should underscore our commitment to impactful and purpose-driven solutions. He passionately champions the transformative power of diversity to foster growth, as evidenced in his mentorship, recruitment efforts, and the diverse teams he builds.

Based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Yosuf's background is as diverse as his professional journey. Born in San Antonio, raised in Oregon, served in the Carolinas, and schooled in Oregon, Germany, and Colorado, Yosuf has worked in very diverse environments in very diverse teams. An entrepreneur at heart, Yosuf has owned and operated a number of small businesses of his own. From selling candy in the school commons for lunch money, he has founded businesses providing DoD translation services, court reporting and scoping services, and home renovations over the last two decades.

Pavel Novodvorskiy is a seasoned leader with a deep passion for helping businesses unlock growth through innovative and practical technology solutions. With over two decades of experience in software development, architecture, and IT leadership, Pavel specializes in bridging the gap between complex technical challenges and real-world business needs. His consultative approach, combined with a strong foundation in engineering and a keen eye for emerging trends, has made him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to scale efficiently and sustainably.

Throughout his career, Pavel has worked with startups, mid-size companies, and Fortune 500 firms, guiding digital transformation initiatives and building high-performing technical teams. He brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, whether architecting scalable systems, improving legacy infrastructure, or mentoring developers and engineering leaders. Pavel thrives in collaborative environments where technology is a key driver of innovation and operational excellence.

Based in Aurora, Colorado, Pavel enjoys life with his wife, Nataliya, and their two children, Nicholas and Amy. When he's not exploring new tech or solving business challenges, you can find him outdoors with the family's bernedoodle, Bauer.
